
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development: Proactively identify and engage with developers and their CRM teams to forge strategic partnerships. Your goal is to position our organization as the go-to partner for interior solutions in residential projects.
Agreement & Negotiation: Lead negotiations to sign revenue share agreements and other partnership contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for long-term collaboration.
Lead Generation & Management: Drive on-ground lead generation activities within partner projects. You will be responsible for the entire lead qualification and funnel management process, ensuring a steady stream of high-potential leads.
Lead Handoff: Ensure the timely and efficient handover of qualified leads to the sales team, providing all necessary information for a smooth conversion process.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developer management, project heads, and CRM teams.
Strategic Planning: Apply project-level strategic thinking to develop tailored business development plans for each residential project, maximizing our presence and revenue potential.
Data & Process Management: Maintain meticulous data management and process orientation to track lead generation, funnel performance, and partnership outcomes.
Ownership & Initiative: Take full ownership of your projects, from initial contact to successful lead conversion, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven mindset.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. (An MBA or Post-Graduation is a plus).
Experience: 8-20 years of proven experience in business development, project sales, or B2B partnership roles.
Track Record: A solid track record of managing large-scale projects or complex developer relationships.
Industry Preference: Experience in real estate, home automation, architectural lighting, or premium home interior solutions is highly preferred.
