
Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Assist Project Managers in all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Planning and Scheduling: Support the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and timelines using appropriate tools.
- Task Management: Track project tasks, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring timely completion and proactively identifying potential roadblocks.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with stakeholders through regular meetings, status updates, and reports.
- Documentation: Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, risk logs, and change requests.
- Risk and Issue Management: Help identify, track, and escalate project risks and issues, and support the development of mitigation plans.
- Resource Management: Assist in the coordination and allocation of project resources under the guidance of the Project Manager.
- Budget Tracking: Support the monitoring of project budgets and expenses.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Support the Project Manager in managing stakeholder expectations and relationships.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and processes within the organization.
- Reporting: Prepare regular project status reports and presentations as required.
