We are looking for a General Manager - Finance & Accounts (CA) to bolster our Senior Management Team, a partner to take Mindseed forward with us.

We are looking for the person who is remarkable at planning & executing the following responsibilities :

- Responsible for general leadership related to finance of the Company.

- Managing all accounting operations including payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow management, credit control and General Ledger.

- Complete financial reports, lead month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast.

- Monitors financial details to ensure statutory compliance.

- Monitor the financial health of the organization, including keeping careful tabs on its regular transactions, investments and any business deals that affect the bottom line.

- Be well-versed in the company's financial statements, as well as in the internal budget.

- Conduct regular audits of expenditures, assets and liabilities, making sure the recorded figures are verifiable and accurate.

- Prepare Annual Budget and Monitor all Costs and Expenses to increase Profitability.

- Design, Execute and Monitor a Robust, Effective Financial Control System.

- Supervise, monitor and evaluate team performance.

- Setting of tasks, motivating of employees, defining & clarifying of goals, as well as day-to-day operations.

- Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.

- Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.

- Lead Debt raising initiatives as and when required.

- Act as SPOC within departments and bankers to ensure smooth flow of data between departments

- Responsible for composing and issuing financial reports that are given out to investors, regulatory agencies and other stakeholders.

- Participate in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems.

- Designs and maintains a robust MIS system.

- Provide regular performance updates to the executive and senior leadership team

- Planning for the company's financial future by drawing up short- and long-term plans, as well as coordinating with top executives about the company's direction.

- Risk Management : Outlining possible financial risks and weighing the comparative benefit of certain potential courses of action.

- Build External Relationships : Build outside relationships with stakeholders (banks, stockholders etc.) with a financial interest of the Company.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

- Proven working experience in fundraising, planning & financial reporting

- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases

- Knowledge of CS

- High attention to detail and accuracy

Education and Work Experience :

- CA

- 12 to 14 years of experience
