We're looking for a Brand Builder, not just a Marketer.

- Someone bold enough to take a preschool brand that's already loved - and turn it into a movement.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

1. Branding & Positioning

- Build and sharpen the Mindseed identity - define what we stand for and why we matter.

- Transform preschools from a "commodity choice" into a cult brand with its own tribe.

- Drive consistent, differentiated brand storytelling across every touchpoint - online, in-centre, and in the hearts of parents.

2. Market Intelligence

- Be the go-to expert on our parent audience - their motivations, concerns, and decision journey.

- Decode the competitive landscape and design strategies to outthink, not just outspend, competitors.

3. Marketing & Media Planning

- Develop and execute savvy, digital-first marketing plans that drive awareness and enrolments.

- Manage agency and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are smart, scalable, and measurable.

- Combine performance marketing with strong brand storytelling for real business impact.

4. Communication & PR

- Lead Mindseed's internal and external communication strategy.

- Build narratives that connect - from PR stories and brand videos to social media presence and parent communications.

- Set the tone of voice for the organization.

5. Creativity & Innovation

- Think beyond the expected - guerrilla campaigns, unconventional partnerships, and moments that get people talking.

- Experiment, measure, learn, repeat - innovation is in our DNA.

WHO YOU ARE:

- A curious, creative thinker who blends strategy with execution.

- A digital native with experience across branding, marketing, and media planning.

- Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and ready to roll up your sleeves.

- A team player who loves brainstorming, building processes, and making things happen.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

(MBA or equivalent in Branding / Marketing preferred)

- Experience: 5-8 years of progressive experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or communications

- Industry Exposure: Education, EdTech, consumer brands, retail, or other service-led industries

- Strong exposure to brand, marketing, campaign management, and market research

- Proven track record of building, scaling, and managing brand campaigns across multiple channels

- Experience in leading small teams, managing budgets, and collaborating cross-functionally
