We are seeking a Senior Product Manager located in India to lead product strategy and execution for a US healthcare-focused platform. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strong product management experience and domain expertise in the US healthcare ecosystem. You will play a crucial role in guiding development and design teams during their working hours. Key Responsibilities - Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with US healthcare domain requirements. - Collaborate closely with IST-based cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA) to ensure seamless execution. - Translate complex business needs into detailed product specifications and user stories. - Guide and mentor team members, ensuring high performance and timely delivery. - Participate in stakeholder meetings with US-based counterparts and represent product decisions effectively. - Ensure compliance with healthcare IT standards and regulations (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, etc.) Required Qualifications - 4-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager. - 2+ years of US healthcare IT domain expertise, preferably concurrent. - Proven ability to lead distributed teams across time zones. - Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills. - Strong stakeholder management experience in agile environments. Preferred Qualifications - 6+ years total product experience with 2+ years in US healthcare IT. - Previous experience working with US-based healthcare organizations or digital health startups. - Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems, provider workflows, or healthcare data integration is a plus. - Candidates who have returned to India after working in the US on H1B or similar visas, especially impacted by healthcare IT company RIFs (layoffs), are strongly encouraged to apply.
