The Role:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies across channels.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving online growth, optimizing digital performance, and managing cross-functional marketing initiatives.

This on-site role in Mohali, Punjab offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team, collaborate with global clients, and make a measurable impact on brand visibility and business performance.

What Youll Be Doing?:

- Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketingstrategies aligned with MilliPixels business objectives.

- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising.

- Content Strategy & Oversight: Lead the creation and distribution of engaging, brand-consistent content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversions.

- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide the digital marketing team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

- Performance Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign data, and provide insights to enhance ROI and effectiveness.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, sales, and technology teams to ensure brand consistency and unified marketing efforts.

- Market & Trend Analysis: Stay current with emerging digital trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations to inform strategic decisions.

- Budget Management: Plan and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.

- Brand & Online Reputation Management: Oversee the brands digital presence, monitor online sentiment, and manage audience engagement across platforms.

- Influencer & Partnership Development: Identify and collaborate with influencers, partners, and external agencies to extend brand reach and credibility.

- Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Introduce new tools, technologies, and approaches to enhance the companys digital marketing capabilities.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

- Bachelors or master's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.

- Proven experience with content strategy, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Creative thinker with a results-driven approach and attention to detail.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovation-driven environment.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing tools and technologies.
