Job Overview:

- The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) will be a key executive leader responsible for driving the company's growth initiatives, aligning sales, marketing, and business development efforts to accelerate revenue generation, expand market presence, and enhance client relationships.

- The CGO will work closely with the CEO and other senior executives to formulate and execute strategies that support Millipixels' mission of innovation and client success.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution.

- Growth Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies that align with Millipixels' business objectives and market opportunities.

- Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new markets, sectors, and geographical areas for expansion and growth.

- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track growth initiatives and ensure targets are met.

Sales Leadership.

- Revenue Generation: Build, Lead and oversee the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies that effectively target key customer segments and leverage Millipixels' strengths.

- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand the customer base.

Marketing and Branding:

- Brand Development: Enhance Millipixels' brand presence and reputation in the market through strategic marketing initiatives.

- Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.

- Digital Strategy: Leverage digital marketing channels to maximize reach and impact, utilizing SEO, content marketing, social media, and PPC.

- Customer Focus: Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Feedback Integration: Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development, service improvements, and marketing strategies.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the growth team, fostering a culture of performance, innovation, and accountability.

- Collaboration: Work closely with product development, UX design, and operations teams to ensure alignment of growth initiatives with overall business goals.

- Innovation: Drive innovation by identifying new trends, technologies, and opportunities that can be leveraged for growth.

Qualifications.

- Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior growth or commercial role, with a proven track record of driving business growth in the technology or software industry.

- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth and market expansion.

- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

- Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and PPC.
