Key Account Manager

JOB ROLE: The Head -Product Marketing (Active) will be responsible for go-to-market strategy of Millennium Semiconductors Active Semiconductors Product line into various markets across India. Primary responsibility is to support existing customers and drive new business for Millennium Semiconductor's market-leading portfolio of Actives Semiconductor lines. The position involves working with the internal R&D team, Sales and distribution to drive revenue growth. Will be responsible for a fast-growing revenue stream. JOB DESCRIPTION: - Should be able to make a Business Strategy & Annual budgets plan for the Active Product Lines - Big focus on Demand creation activity across India in various targeted segments. - Responsible for Turnover and Profitability. - He/She will be responsible for maintaining relationships with Manufacturing Partners. - Present performance on Weekly/Monthly and Quarterly basis. - Arranging Road shows, Presentations, Demonstration of reference solutions & Technical training. - Manage and drive Turn / Earn (T&E index) through defined Inventory control and Margin Management. - Effective management of Annual, Quarterly and Monthly Business reviews with Suppliers. - Understand vertical market application and latest technical development for all products. Team management: - He/She will be responsible for a team of 10+ people. - Responsible for training the team to increase productivity. - Review the team regularly to improve productivity. - Performance Management of the Team. COMPLEXITY OF TASKS: - Understand Technology and its commercial requirements. - Requires understanding of marketing practices and related company policies. - Requires interface with internal & external groups & Clients. - Requires strong written & verbal communication skills for soliciting and delivering technical & commercial information - errors may result in delays and rework. QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering. - A degree in Business Administration and related disciplines will be an advantage. - Minimum 15 -17 years of experience in product marketing. - Recent experience working in Product Marketing, Business Development and/or Sales at SENIOR Team management level will be preferred. - Strong knowledge of Semiconductor and Electronics components is preferred. SKILLS REQUIRED: - Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. - Good Communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Assertiveness - Agile & Proactive. - Commercial acumen - Team Management.
