About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with 6+ years of expertise in driving B2C digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing ROI-driven performance strategies across paid channels, optimizing customer acquisition, and maximizing retention.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution

- Develop and manage end-to-end performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, programmatic platforms, and affiliate networks.

- Drive customer acquisition, app installs, e-commerce conversions, and subscription growth.

- Own and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve performance KPIs.

Analytics & Optimization

- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, CAC, LTV, ROAS.

- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to optimize conversion rates.

- Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, Adjust for tracking and attribution.

Strategy & Growth

- Define and implement B2C growth strategies across multiple digital channels.

- Identify and experiment with new acquisition channels (OTT, influencer marketing, affiliates, remarketing, native ads).

- Work closely with product, design, and content teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with customer journeys.

Reporting & Insights

- Deliver weekly/monthly dashboards with actionable insights for leadership.

- Track competitor campaigns and industry benchmarks to maintain market competitiveness.

- Present performance reviews and future growth roadmaps to stakeholders.

Desired Skills & Competencies

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in B2C performance marketing (e-commerce, EdTech, SaaS, fintech, or consumer internet preferred).

- Strong command of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, DV360, YouTube Ads, and retargeting platforms.

- Expertise in data analytics, attribution modeling, and marketing automation tools.

- Solid understanding of customer funnels, digital consumer behavior, and lifecycle marketing.

- Ability to scale budgets while maintaining ROI/ROAS goals.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
