Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and execute multi-channel campaigns (push notifications, in-app messages, emails, SMS, WhatsApp) through MoEngage.

- Build and manage customer journeys, event triggers, and segmentation for targeted communication.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to enhance customer engagement and lifecycle marketing.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics CTRs, conversion rates, and engagement trends - to optimize results.

- Manage MoEngage integrations with CRM, analytics, and data platforms.

- Develop A/B tests and experiments to improve engagement effectiveness.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy and opt-out policies.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3-4 years of hands-on experience using MoEngage or similar customer engagement platforms

- Strong understanding of marketing automation, user segmentation, and retention strategies.

- Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance data and deriving actionable insights.

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, tech, analytics).

- Good knowledge of customer lifecycle management (CLM) and growth marketing.

- Basic understanding of API's, event tracking, and data flow is a plus
