Were looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who can seamlessly blend strategy with execution someone who not only thinks creatively but also rolls up their sleeves to make ideas happen.
This is an individual contributor role, ideal for a marketer who thrives on autonomy, creativity, and impact.
At Miles Education, youll be the custodian of our brand responsible for building, amplifying, and evolving how our story connects with learners, universities, and corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that enhance Miles Educations positioning and resonance across all touchpoints.
- Own the end-to-end brand calendar, from campaign conceptualization to execution, ensuring timely delivery and strong ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency across marketing, sales, and digital assets.
- Ideate and implement brand storytelling initiatives, leveraging AI and automation tools to produce intelligent, engaging narratives.
- Partner with performance marketing teams to ensure alignment between brand awareness and lead-generation objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report on key brand metrics share insights and translate them into actionable improvements.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to constantly evolve brand strategies.
What Youll Bring:
- Proven experience in brand management or integrated marketing (preferably in the education, edtech, or service sector).
- A strong grasp of performance marketing fundamentals and how they integrate into brand-building.
- Proficiency or comfort working with AI tools and marketing automation platforms for content creation and brand storytelling.
- Exceptional conceptual and executional ability a balance of strategic vision and hands-on creativity.
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- A deep sense of ownership and accountability this is a solo-driving role.
