Miko.ai - Operations Manager - Merchandising

Description:

Miko is seeking an Operations Manager / Merchandising PM to support the Sales team in executing all physical, sales-related projects and programs.

This role ensures retail fixtures, exhibition setups, and other large-scale retail initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Core Focus & Deliverables:

- Project Management: Plan, manage, and coordinate all sales-related projects including retail fixtures, exhibition booths, in-store campaigns, and large-scale retail programs.

- Timely Execution: Ensure that all projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality and budgetary specifications.

- Vendor & Logistical Management: Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

- Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure all physical initiatives align with brand and business objectives.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the execution of retail programs.

- Retail Exposure: Proven experience in retail operations, merchandising, or project management related to physical retail environments.
