Role Overview:
- Miko is looking for a driven and strategic Corporate Sales Manager - Global Growth (Institutional Focus) to lead the development and expansion of its institutional sales globally.
- This critical hire will be responsible for building the entire institutional revenue stream from scratch, targeting educational institutions, large businesses, and global partners.
- The ideal candidate will bring an existing network of corporate contacts, a strong understanding of institutional sales, and proven ability to execute growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Core Focus & Deliverables:
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a global institutional sales strategy aligned with Miko's growth objectives.
- Business Development: Identify, secure, and manage high-value institutional accounts worldwide.
- Revenue Growth: Drive significant business growth by ensuring robust pipelines, deal closures, and long-term partnerships.
- Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, corporates, and global partners.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:.
- Corporate Network: Must have an established network of contacts in corporate or institutional sales that can be leveraged immediately.
- Proven Ability: Experience in building and scaling a new sales division or channel from the ground up.
- Global Sales Leadership: Demonstrated capability to manage and drive international sales initiatives successfully.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong business acumen and results-driven mindset.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
