Corporate Sales Manager

Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate & B2B Sales
- Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients across industries.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Drive revenue growth through new business development and upselling.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Procurement, and Business Leaders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans for Mumbai region.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
Internal Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Coordinate onboarding and post-sales support for clients.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates to management.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate sales data in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and commercial guidelines.
Education Qualifications:
- MBA (Sales / Marketing) Preferred
Key Skills & Competencies:
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experience in Corporate / B2B Sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to close high-value corporate deals
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Target-driven mindset with strong ownership
Desired Skills:
- Experience in BFSI, SaaS, IT Services, Consulting, or B2B Platforms
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
- Understanding of Mumbai corporate market and business ecosystem
Experience Requirement:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Sales / B2B Sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience handling mid-to-large corporate accounts is a plus
