Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales Growth:

- Identify and acquire new corporate clients across industries

- Drive revenue growth through bulk sales and institutional partnerships

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets

2. Key Account Management:

- Manage relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms

3. Channel & Distribution Expansion:

- Build and manage distribution networks, dealers, and channel partners

- Explore new markets and geographies for business expansion

- Optimize supply chain coordination for timely delivery

4. Market Intelligence & Strategy:

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

- Provide insights for product positioning and pricing strategies

- Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns and promotions

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with operations, logistics, and finance teams

- Ensure smooth order processing, inventory alignment, and invoicing

- Coordinate with product teams for customization requirements

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong B2B / Corporate Sales experience in physical goods

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills

- Understanding of supply chain and distribution models

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability

- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel

Preferred Industry Experience:

- FMCG / Consumer Durables

- Industrial Products / Manufacturing

- Retail / Distribution / Wholesale

- E-commerce (physical goods category)

Educational Qualifications:

- (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Revenue growth & sales target achievement

- Client acquisition and retention rate

- Channel partner expansion

- Order volume and deal size

- Customer satisfaction metrics
