Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager / Merchandising PM to support Miko's Sales team in the execution of all physical, sales-related projects and programs. This role is critical in ensuring that retail fixtures, exhibition setups, and other large-scale retail initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Core Focus & Deliverables:

- Project Management: Plan, manage, and coordinate all sales-related projects including retail fixtures, exhibition booths, in-store campaigns, and large-scale retail programs.

- Timely Execution: Ensure that all projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality and budgetary specifications.

- Vendor & Logistical Management: Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

- Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure all physical initiatives align with brand and business objectives.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the execution of retail programs.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

- Gender Requirement: Female candidates only.

- Retail Exposure: Proven experience in retail operations, merchandising, or project management related to physical retail environments.

- Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex physical projects (fixtures, exhibitions, activations) under tight deadlines.

- Vendor & Logistics Expertise: Strong vendor management, coordination, and logistical planning skills.
