Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing & Growth:
- Lead end-to-end performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, Affiliates, and emerging platforms.
- Own ROI, CAC, LTV, and retention-driven strategies across channels.
- Manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns with a strong bias for data-driven decisions.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement growth experiments.
Digital Strategy & Planning:
- Build and execute full-funnel digital strategies for awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Create monthly and quarterly marketing roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Identify new digital opportunities, tools, and platforms to scale reach and efficiency.
Execution & Optimization:
- Oversee daily campaign execution, creative testing, and budget allocation.
- Drive CRO initiatives across the website, landing pages, and performance funnels.
- Collaborate with product, tech, and design teams to improve website performance and customer experience.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Own dashboards, KPIs, and reporting for all marketing channels.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reviews for leadership.
- Track attribution, customer journey, and funnel performance.
International Expansion:
- Devise geo-specific performance strategies for scaling in the US, UAE, SEA, and more.
- Tailor audience targeting, copy, creative, and channel mix for each market.
- Manage compliance, ad policies, and local nuances for platforms like TikTok, Meta, etc.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing/Performance Marketing at a D2C brand or agency handling D2C clients.
- Strong understanding of the Health, Wellness, Beauty, or Nutrition category (preferred).
- Proven expertise in managing high-budget paid campaigns with strong performance outcomes.
- Experience launching or scaling a D2C brand in international markets is a huge plus.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Shopify/WordPress, Klaviyo/Retention tools, etc.
- Solid analytical skills and experience with dashboards, attribution tools, and funnel analytics.
- Ability to lead teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage external agencies.
- Strong communication, planning, and decision-making skills.
