
Role Overview:
As the HR Lead based in Gurugram, you will serve as the strategic anchor for our human capital initiatives, acting as a bridge between leadership objectives and employee experience. You will work closely with department heads to align talent strategies with business goals, ensuring that our organizational culture remains agile and high-performing. Your daily impact will be felt across the entire employee lifecycle, from shaping talent acquisition strategies to fostering a culture of continuous performance and compliance, ultimately driving the growth and stability of our Gurugram operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to translate business objectives into effective workforce planning and organizational development strategies that support long-term scaling.
- Oversee and execute the end-to-end talent acquisition process to attract top-tier professionals who align with our technical and cultural standards.
- Manage the performance management framework to ensure clear goal setting, regular feedback loops, and high-impact development plans for all staff.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity, directly influencing employee retention and satisfaction.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues by providing coaching and guidance to managers, ensuring a fair and productive work environment.
- Ensure rigorous adherence to HR compliance and labor regulations, mitigating organizational risk while maintaining ethical workplace standards.
- Drive talent management initiatives that identify high-potential employees and create succession pathways to build internal leadership depth.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in acting as an HR Business Partner, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change across diverse teams.
- Strong functional knowledge of HR Generalist operations, including payroll, statutory compliance, and HRIS management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive employee relations matters with empathy, discretion, and professional maturity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Gurugram, maintaining high visibility and accessibility to the workforce.
- A solid educational background in Human Resources or a related field, complemented by 6 - 10 years of progressive experience in managing the full spectrum of HR functions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve organizational efficiency.
