About Us:

Miduty is a fast-growing D2C Health & Wellness brand focused on making clean, science-backed wellness solutions part of modern lifestyles. We're looking for a Creative Lead who can shape and drive our content, brand communication, and social media storytelling across platforms with a strong sense of brand aesthetic and tonality.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Creation:

- Lead ideation and execution of compelling content strategies for web, social, email, video, asnd print.

- Script engaging content for product videos, brand films, campaigns, and influencer-led storytelling.

- Oversee creative copy across performance marketing, product packaging, blog articles, and digital ads.

Brand Aesthetic & Communication:

- Define and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across digital and offline touchpoints.

- Ensure visual identity is maintained through every creative asset-photoshoots, product pages, campaigns, etc.

- Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to keep communication aligned with brand values.

Social Media & Campaigns:

- Own the creative direction for social media (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Develop thumb-stopping creatives, reels, scripts, and narratives that drive engagement and conversions.

- Monitor content performance and iterate based on insights and trends.

Brand Tonality & Voice:

- Develop and evolve the brand voice to resonate with our core audience across all platforms.

- Create tone-of-voice guides and communication frameworks for internal and external stakeholders.

Team Collaboration & Leadership:

- Manage and mentor a small team of writers, designers, freelancers, and content creators.

- Work closely with marketing, influencer, and product teams to conceptualize and execute high-impact campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

- 8+ years of experience in creative/content roles, ideally with D2C or lifestyle brands.

- A strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, scripts, and content work across formats.

- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and creative direction skills.

- Deep understanding of social media trends, content formats, and consumer psychology.

- Passionate about health, wellness, and purpose-driven branding.

- Ability to balance aesthetics with data-driven performance thinking.
