Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and lead the brand's content strategy across digital, social, email, website, influencer, and campaign touchpoints.

- Identify and map content needs across the marketing funnel (Awareness - Consideration - Conversion -Retention).

- Collaborate with marketing, design, and performance teams to align content with brand objectives and KPIs.

- Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and storytelling style across all platforms.

2. Creative Ideation & Execution:

- Conceptualize high-impact campaigns - product launches, awareness drives, collaborations, etc.

- Guide creative teams in developing visual + written content (videos, reels, blogs, ad copies, product content, etc.).

- Act as the visualizer and creative lead ensuring every piece of content fits both aesthetic and strategic goals.

- Oversee scriptwriting, storyboarding, and creative direction for photoshoots and video production.

3. Performance & Metrics Ownership:

- Define and track content performance metrics such as CTR, VTR, Engagement Rate, Conversion %, Watch Time, and Share of Voice.

- Use data and insights to optimize creative strategies, messaging, and formats.

- Work closely with the performance marketing team to improve ad creatives and landing page content.

4. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Lead and mentor a team of writers, designers, and content strategists.

- Collaborate with brand, performance, influencer, and social media teams for cohesive storytelling.

- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and creative partners.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong command over brand storytelling, creative writing, and campaign ideation.

- Deep understanding of digital and marketing metrics (CTR, VTR, CAC, CVR, Engagement).

- Strong visualization ability - can translate ideas into visual direction.

- Data-driven mindset with creative intuition.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

- Hands-on experience with content tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Canva, Figma, etc.) is a plus.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related field.

- 6+ years of experience in content strategy, brand storytelling, or creative leadership roles.

- Proven portfolio of successful campaigns or brand-building content.

Performance Metrics:

- Growth in Engagement Rate, CTR, and VTR on campaigns.

- Improvement in Brand Recall and Organic Traffic.

- Increase in Conversion Rate from content-driven channels.

- On-time campaign delivery and cross-functional collaboration score.
