Role Overview:
As a Brand Manager at Midvision, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the company's brand strategy, driving market awareness, and supporting business growth. You will collaborate closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new and existing products. This role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for brand building and a deep understanding of the product lifecycle. Your efforts will directly impact Midvision's ability to attract and retain customers, establish a strong market presence, and achieve its revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives and enhance brand equity.
- Define and manage the brand's visual identity, messaging, and tone of voice across all channels.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform brand positioning.
- Collaborate with product teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring effective communication and market penetration.
- Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and market needs.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage the brand budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the tools and resources they need to effectively communicate the brand value proposition.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful brand strategies that drive business results.
- Proficiency in conducting market research, analyzing data, and identifying key insights.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Deep understanding of the product lifecycle and go-to-market strategies.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
