About the Opportunity:
We are hiring for a large banking analytics center supporting a top-tier US-based bank. The team works on delivering high-quality analytics, standardized reporting, and actionable business insights using SAS, SQL, and dashboarding tools.
We are looking for professionals mid-level individual contributors, senior analytics experts, and seasoned leaders who can bring structure, governance, and analytical vision to reporting and insights delivery.
Role Breakdown:
1. Mid-Level Analyst (4-8 yrs)
- Perform detailed data analysis to support remediation impact assessments
- Deliver accurate standard and ad-hoc reports using SAS and SQL
- Support compliance and operations teams in tracking remediation performance
- Build simple dashboards to summarize financial/non-financial remediation outcomes
Skill Set Required (All Levels):
- Advanced SAS and SQL skills
- Strong understanding of Remediation / Regulatory Reporting / Issue Management in BFSI
- Proficiency in data visualization tools - Tableau / Power BI
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and attention to detail
- Experience working in a compliance-heavy, accuracy-driven analytics environment
