Role Overview: MicroMitti is seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance, financial accuracy, and strategic growth support. The CA will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the organization while working closely with the CFO and executive leadership team. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reports. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements. - Conduct internal audits and financial risk assessments. - Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. - Oversee taxation matters, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings. - Develop and implement effective financial control systems and policies. - Support fundraising activities with accurate financial reports and data. - Liaise with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
