Job Title: Micromarket CEO

About the Role:
As the Micromarket CEO, you will be responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and operational excellence of a high-performing micromarket within Mumbai. You will lead a dynamic team, manage the P&L, build key partnerships, and ensure outstanding customer experience - acting as the true owner of your market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 6-8 members, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Own and drive the P&L of the micromarket (~- 10-20 Cr annual revenue).
- Design and implement strategies to improve depth, market share, and unit economics.
- Build and nurture relationships with brokers, developers, and key stakeholders to strengthen business presence.
- Drive sales performance, achieve revenue targets, and monitor key operational metrics.
- Ensure a high customer satisfaction score (NPS) by delivering superior service and engagement.
- Analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence within the team.
What We're Looking For:
- A high performer with a proven record of excellence in academics and/or professional achievements.
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, sales, or general management roles.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams or managing projects end-to-end.
- Strong ownership mindset, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
