Role Overview:
This role involves working closely with sales teams, clients, and technical teams to design and propose tailored IT infrastructure solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Analyze customer requirements and design cost-effective IT infrastructure solutions, including data centers, cloud services, network optimization, and security fortification.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and expertise during the presales process, including responding to RFPs/RFIs, conducting technical presentations, and creating solution documents.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with sales, delivery, and partner managers to ensure seamless integration of proposed solutions and alignment with customer expectations.
- Proposal Development: Develop comprehensive proposals, including effort estimates, pricing, and business cases, to support sales efforts and customer acquisition.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide relevant and innovative solutions to customers.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and OEMs to ensure continuous service and value delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned and feedback to drive internal improvements and enhance architectural methods.
Preferred Skills:
- 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure presales, with a strong background in solution design and architecture.
- Expertise in technologies such as cloud computing, data centers, network optimization, and security solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully leading presales activities and winning large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
