The selected few would be invited to join this rigorous program consisting of fundamentals, hands-on trainings, certifications and live projects and will become - Microland Technology Architects- in one of these Cloud technologies practice: Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and OpenStack   What is the process for applying to this program-   Apply to our online campaign- Cognitive and communications assessment test- communications skills- Shortlists would be invited for an awareness meet - Final shortlists would be invited for interviews   I'm interested, but I don't have some of the technical skills. Can I apply-   You can apply if you have all of the above detailed prerequisites   Is this a full time program or take it as a part time one along with my current work-   Project Next Generation Technology Architects Program is a rigorous fulltime program that starts with 5 months of rigorous training followed by deployment into projects, requiring selected team members, to be engaged completely. As part of the program, you would also be needed to apply for and pass external certifications in the respective areas.   1st year would comprise of classroom training of about 5 months followed by a couple of 4 month stints of on-job training & mentoring with the Cloud Technology Practice teams. The 2nd year would be fulltime assignment with one of the 3 Cloud Practice teams   How is the remuneration, Is there a salary hike/ pay correction on successful completion-   Compensation would be based on the benchmarks for the role and you will be also be rewarded with a Service Completion Bonus post the program completion   What topics will be covered part of this program-   Several topics will be covered with time to practice it.
