Job Profile: Alliance Manager (IT Sourcing/Delivery)  As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a motivated, experienced Alliance Manager to increase our partner network worldwide. A result oriented person will manage the entire emerging alliances space as a program. Responsibilities include as follows but not limited to.  Responsibilities:   - Lead supplier partnerships by building relationships with suppliers; establishing performance expectations; collaborating with internal partners and suppliers to ensure sustainable partnerships; monitoring supplier performance to ensure compliance with expectations; addressing issues as they arise; working with suppliers to identify and promote service improvements  - Good understanding of sourcing framework; has hands-on experience on RFx and contracting processes  - Engaged in the end-to-end vendor management  - Good understanding of the IT sourcing landscape  - Proactively lead continuous improvement in supplier management by researching industry trends; benchmarking with competitors; utilizing domain expertise to integrate industry trends and innovations into sourcing strategies; analyzing existing contracts and capabilities to determine areas of opportunity; developing solutions based on financial modeling to drive cost savings and efficiencies  - Collaborate with internal stakeholders in order to drive the objective of the partnership; own the overall execution of partnership objectives   - Own and manage all commercial and contractual aspects of the partnership  Key Skills:  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills   - Proven track record of significantly exceeding targets and expectations.  - Self-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervision  - Customer-focused with ability to recognize business opportunities  - Demonstrated track record of managing vendors  Qualification:  - Master in Business Administration  - 8+ Years of experience
