Seeking an experienced Hard Core Business Development expert to lead our marketing and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and executing long-term strategies for revenue growth across sectors such as consumer electronics, home appliances, medical components, and FMCG products.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the business development strategy for the non-Toys segment aligned with the company's growth objectives.

- Identify potential markets, clients, and product segments for expansion (e.g., home appliances, electronics, personal care products, plastic components).

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including OEMs, brands, and contract manufacturing clients.

- Lead end-to-end business development efforts - from lead generation and pitch presentations to contract negotiation and onboarding.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, supply chain, and finance) to ensure customer requirements are met with high quality and efficiency.

- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine strategy and drive innovation.

- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the non-toys manufacturing capabilities.

- Prepare and present business plans, forecasts, and performance reports to senior management.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and service excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering / business / marketing. MBA preferred.

- 20-25 years of experience in business development, with at least 8-10 years in a leadership role within non-toy manufacturing segments.

- Proven track record of winning large accounts and driving business growth in sectors such as home appliances, consumer electronics, FMCG, components.

- Strong understanding of contract manufacturing / OEM business models.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results independently.

- Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with multinational clients.

- Familiarity with export markets and international business development.

- Exposure to plastic injection molding or electronic/mechanical assembly processes.
