- The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, focusing on sourcing and hiring the best talent to meet the company's business objectives. This role will provide you an opportunity to work in a fast paced environment and work on a high impact role.

Description

- You will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process to ensure qualified candidates are selected to fill internal vacancies

- Having the ability to develop strong effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates is crucial. You will position the brand Michael Page in a premium candidate pool and attract best in class talent across locations.



- You will partner with Regional Directors and Managing Directors to forecast hiring needs and

proactively work on closing roles.



- You will work alongside a super talented global TA team on CoE projects related to process improvement and tech integration



- Manage internal hiring managers and advise them on the pool available to them and proactively interview candidates against open mandates.


Profile:

- A proactive, high-energy professional who loves being a trusted advisor.

- Experience of 8-10 years in managing end-to-end recruitment across roles and locations.


- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to juggle priorities across geographies


- Comfortable working in fast paced environment while keeping the candidate experience top-notch.
