Job Role:

This is quite an exciting role that enables you to manage your own P&L within the practice area assigned. Enclosed below are key responsibilities :

- Identify and develop client/business relationships in a competitive environment

- Drive new business development via B2B Channels

- Create new revenue streams with existing clients by cross selling/up selling capabilities of different PageGroup brands and functions

- Continually seek to build expertise and specialization in the chosen market

- Consult clients on the most appropriate recruitment solution for attracting candidates as well as consult candidates on general career advice/market opportunities

- Independently driving mid-senior leadership hiring for your clients

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process through sourcing, interview to offer

- Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities

What are We looking for ?

- Possess an MBA along with 3-6 years of work experience.

- Prior experience in key account management/Sales or client facing roles in B2B environment.

- You have a solid track record of success and an ability to influence and communicate effectively.

- You are proactive, ambitious, entrepreneurial and thrive in a meritocratic environment.
