- Consult clients on the most appropriate recruitment solution for attracting candidates as well as consult candidates on general career advice/market opportunities

- Independently driving mid-senior leadership hiring for your clients

- Build a comprehensive candidate database in your discipline

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process through sourcing, interview to offer

- Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities

- Looking at candidates from a Tier 1/Tier 2 B School with at least 2 years of post-MBA experience. Also open to professionals from a consulting setup with 2-5 years of experience who have experience in managing difficult stakeholders.
