MFine - Senior Lead - HR Business Partner About the Role : - We are looking for a Senior Lead - HRBP who has the ability to learn about every aspect of the business including people. Looking for some one who has prior experience in Business Partnering with Phlebos and field operations workforce. - The role requires one to be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions. It's important for individuals in this role to fully understand short-term and long-term strategic goals for the business, and to interpret the role that HR can play in helping to achieve these outcomes and drive value to the business. What You Will Do : 1. Be thinking about big picture changes for the organisation and how to tactically achieve them. 2. Assess and anticipate human resources-related needs. 3. Be a strong partner and advisor to the business on all HR related matters. 4. Partnering with business leaders and employees to enhance employee engagement. 5. Participating in and/or providing project leadership for human resource initiatives. 6. Provides mentorship and coaching to all stakeholders on leading team and conflict resolutions. 7. Analyse trends and various metrics to create innovative solutions towards hiring, engaging and retaining talent. 8. Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management. 9. Interpret and implement organisation's policies What You Will Need To Succeed : 1. 5 - 10 yrs experience in a business partnering role. 2. Should be from Healthcare/ HealthTech Background 3. Should have experience in Business Partnering with Phlebotomists and field operations workforce 4. Result-oriented with an exceptional track record of developing/designing policies and processes that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives. 5. Good knowledge of HR related metrics and leveraging data driven insights. 6. Solid track record of building relationships with stakeholders. 7. You are a problem solver & strategic thinker. 8. Demonstrates empathy and experience driving inclusion at work. 9. Effective communication and articulation skills.
