MFine - Network Supply Lead

Role Summary:

The Supply Networks Lead will drive the end-to-end strategy, development, and optimization of MFine's healthcare supply network. This includes procurement, vendor management, fulfillment, and network expansion across OPD, diagnostics, pharmacy, and allied healthcare services. The ideal candidate will be a strategic operator with a deep understanding of healthcare supply ecosystems, strong business acumen, and proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supply Chain Strategy & Operations

- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of MFine's healthcare supply network across AHC, PEHC, and OPD.

- Own and manage end-to-end procurement, fulfillment, and logistics operations to ensure service excellence and cost efficiency.

- Drive on-time, reliable service delivery across diagnostic centers, pharmacies, and partner clinics.

- Maintain and optimize margins across all service lines through process improvements and vendor negotiations.

2. Vendor & Partner Management

- Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic supplier and vendor partnerships to ensure scalable, high-quality healthcare delivery.

- Lead network onboarding and integration of healthcare partners including hospitals, clinics, and labs.

- Negotiate commercial terms, SLAs, and compliance standards to ensure win-win collaborations.

- Champion vendor integration and customer journey optimization, ensuring seamless omnichannel engagement.

3. Business Expansion & Category Management

- Build and scale robust distribution networks across OPD, diagnostics, pharmacy, and specialized healthcare verticals.

- Launch and operationalize new services such as fertility programs, instant diagnostics, and specialty care offerings.

- Leverage category management and data-driven insights to identify business opportunities, optimize costs, and enhance margins.

4. Analytics, Innovation & Technology Integration

- Use data analytics and machine learning to identify key cost levers, forecast demand, and improve operational performance.

- Monitor supply chain KPIs-cost, lead time, fill rate, and customer satisfaction-to drive continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance supply chain visibility and automate key workflows.

5. Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- Lead large, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams with agility, empathy, and accountability.

- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Product, Finance, Marketing, Medical Operations) to align business and operational goals.

- Maintain strong communication and influence across external partners, suppliers, and healthcare institutions.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

- Operational Efficiency: Optimization of procurement, logistics, and fulfillment metrics.

- Margin Management: Achievement of defined profitability and cost reduction targets.

- Network Growth: Expansion and quality of the partner ecosystem (AHC, PEHC, OPD).

- Customer Experience: Improved NPS and turnaround time through supply chain excellence.

- Innovation & Digital Enablement: Adoption of data and tech-driven solutions in supply operations.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong expertise in supply chain, procurement, and fulfillment in healthcare, diagnostics, or e-commerce.

- Proven ability to build and manage B2B supplier networks and optimize service delivery.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience leveraging data and technology for decision-making.

- Demonstrated success in margin management and cost optimization.

- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, cross-functional environment.

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Management.

- MBA or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain / Operations Management preferred.

Experience:

- 6 - 8 years of experience in supply chain or operations, preferably within healthcare, diagnostics, or e-commerce sectors.

- Proven experience managing large teams and multi-location operations.
