About the Role:

- The Head - Network Supply will lead MFine's end-to-end healthcare supply ecosystem, driving network expansion, vendor partnerships, cost optimization, and margin ownership across service lines.

- This is a strategic leadership role at the intersection of supply chain, healthcare operations, analytics, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide hands-on leadership across supply chain, procurement, and fulfillment.

- Drive network onboarding across AHC, PEHC, and OPD ecosystems.

- Own and manage margins across service lines.

- Build and nurture strategic supplier and vendor partnerships to enhance procurement efficiency and B2B service delivery.

- Develop and scale distribution networks across diagnostics, pharmacy, OPD, and other healthcare verticals.

- Lead vendor integration and improve customer journey through seamless multi-channel operations.

- Leverage data analytics and ML-driven insights to identify cost levers and improve profitability.

- Launch and operationalize new service offerings ( fertility programs, instant diagnostics).

- Drive category management and business analytics to strengthen negotiations and win deals.

- Lead large, geographically dispersed cross-functional teams.

- Manage senior stakeholders across internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in supply chain, healthcare operations, network management, or procurement leadership.

- Experience in health-tech, healthcare services, diagnostics, pharmacy, or provider networks preferred.
