Metro Global Solution Center - Functional Consultant - SAP HCM

- Ensuring primary delivery responsibility for all issues or any change request for one or more HRIT solutions assigned.

- Ensure daily monitoring of quality KPIs to avoid any slippage or SLA breaches.

- Provide expert technical solution for any requirement or issue.

- Ensure updated documentation for primary solutions.

- Mentor back-ups / freshers in primary support module.

- Learn 1 or more HRIT solutions and act as back-up whenever required.

- Provide standby or back-up support whenever required.

- Should be ok to work in CE shift timings whenever required.

Qualifications:

Required Functional Skills:

- Atleast 7 years implementation / AMS experience in SAP HCM Functional modules like SAP PA, OM, Time Management.

- Should have expert experience in any one of the modules of Portal, HR Authorization, SAP ILM and Travel Management.

- HR ABAP coding or debugging skill is a plus.

- Previous experience using JIRA / Confluence tool is a plus.

Qualifications:

- Any Graduation or higher in computer, Information Technology, or any IT degree. Sc(IT), MCA,

- Good communication skills to communicate with customers, team members.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
