GM - E Commerce Sales Job Purpose: Lead and direct E-Commerce business strategic planning efforts and projects impacting P&L, developing new and actionable insights in the ECommerce space and improve its competitive dynamics. Job Dimensions: - Conceptualize and formulate strategic initiatives in E-Commerce business that furthers the sales through the platform - Use data and market/financial reports to facilitate decision making - Delivering growth in business while maintaining superior customer NPS (Net Promoter Score) and expanding customer loyalty programs. Critical outcomes for this role: - Focus on accelerating e-com sales, Increase customer base - Initiatives to drive sales through: - BuCu increase focus - New customer offers, marketing initiatives. - Frequency builder initiatives - Total purchase in a month offer constructs etc. - E-Com Content Planning & App Site Merchandising - Timely Campaign & Content Creation and Execution - Digital Payments -New Initiatives & Business Growth - Usage of wallet load to drive new customers to app. - Ensure the right category mix via capping, banners and offers communication push - Improve the NPS Scores to desirable levels What background will make you successful? - MBA in Finance/Marketing/Retail (preferred) is a must. Deep insight and understanding of ECommerce platforms & business models is a must. Exposure to FMCG Retail is an added advantage. - Deploys knowledge of business & data analytical tools to arrive logic while executing strategic planning and priorities with key stakeholders. - Builds and maintains strong working relationship with all internal and external stakeholders and also prospective network within and outside company - Responsible for developing and directing all areas of Online Sales & Operations - Incumbent is expected to drive & maximize Sales & Profitability in the E-Com business by providing effective Merchandise Strategies; planning for in-season management of assortment & inventory. - Imparting training to the ECom Team on Product Knowledge, Merchandising, Inventory Management, Sales Planning, impact and leveraging of social media to further campaigns.
