Designation: Head Marketing (Vice President) Department: Customer Marketing Department Reporting to - Director Operations Job Purpose: - The individual would be responsible for building and developing Brand/Marketing strategy for METRO Cash and Carry India (MCCIN) for all business channels. The incumbent will also be responsible for driving end to end P&L for the SCO Complementary business. Critical outcomes for this role: - Build MCCIN brand as one of the "Most admired Wholesale brand in India", establishing MCCIN as an Omni Channel player providing high quality products at great prices - Lead the online and offline marketing strategy to drive traffic across all channels - Continuously monitor the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share - Own and lead customer experience charter driving NPS and proactively deriving customer insights to constantly improvise our value proposition - Leverage CRM data along with digital platforms and tools to identify Customer Insights and run targeted marketing campaigns to maximize marketing ROI - Drive the SCO Complementary business P&LRE which contributes to majority of MCCIN's profit pool - Collaborate to build the online platform for SCO Complementary business - Identify potential markets for Store expansion in line with MCCIN's growth strategy and plan and execute successful marketing campaigns for new markets launches - Effectively utilize digital channels to build higher customer engagement What background will make you successful? : - 15+ years of professional experience in Retail, FMCG, Ecommerce or Strategic Consulting. Ideal candidate should have worked with reputed MNC's or large corporates - Proven track record in a Leadership role - P&L Management - have delivered on business results with sustained performance and scale up - Has played a pivotal role in building strong brands. - Ability and experience in connecting with the new age customer through various digital platforms - Self-starter, Innovative, high energy with a collaborative attitude. Educational Qualifications: - Master's degree in Marketing Management from a premier B-School (IIM's or equivalent). Location: Bangalore, INDIA
