Years of Experience : 7-8 Years.

Location : Mumbai-Kurla.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Booking & Payments:

- Oversee accurate and timely processing of general expense invoices in compliance with policies.

- Lead and mentor the team; allocate invoices, review, and release payments.

- Ensure timely booking of showroom petty cash expenses.

- Resolve queries from team members and vendors.

- Ensure all showroom-related invoices (SAP/email) are accounted for.

Budget Alignment:

- Partner with departments to align expenses with budgets and forecasts.

- Monitor and report variances between actuals and budgets.

Financial Reporting & Reconciliation:

- Lead monthly & quarterly closures.

- Coordinate provisions with cross-functional teams.

- Prepare expense schedules for P&L.

- Review and analyze General Ledger accounts and variances.

Reporting & MIS:

- Analyze tax transactions, reconcile GST, and report to CFO.

- Reconcile TDS with books and portal.

- Review expense MIS reports and share insights with stakeholders.

- Present findings in monthly business review meetings.

Automation:

- Build and publish interactive dashboards using Power BI.

- Drive automation in reporting and analytics for faster decision-making.

People & Stakeholder Management:

- Develop and execute team training plans.

- Address team concerns proactively.

- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
