We're Hiring | SBU Head - Biogas Plants (BOO) & Technology Supply:

FarmWatt Innovations is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial SBU Head - Biogas Plants (BOO) & Technology Supply to lead and build two strategic business verticals.

This is a leadership and P&L ownership role with end-to-end responsibility for developing our BOO-based CBG/Biogas portfolio and scaling our technology & equipment supply business across India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, develop and execute commercially viable BOO CBG/Biogas projects.

- Drive projects from concept, feasibility and financing through construction, commissioning and long-term operations.

- Build strategic partnerships with investors, lenders, EPC companies, OMCs and technology providers.

- Lead technology and equipment sales, including techno-commercial proposals, negotiations and project commissioning.

- Develop business for feedstock pre-treatment, extrusion, ultrasound and other CBG technologies.

- Own SBU revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, project economics and overall P&L.

- Build and lead high-performing teams across business development, project development, engineering, technology sales and operations.

Ideal Candidate:

- Engineering background - Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, Agricultural, Energy or related disciplines.

- 12 - 18+ years of relevant experience in biogas, CBG, renewable energy, waste-to-energy, infrastructure or related sectors.

- Strong experience in BOO/BOOT models, project financing, financial modelling, DPRs, EPC and project execution.

- Good understanding of anaerobic digestion, feedstock management, gas upgrading and CBG technologies.

- Strong techno-commercial, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a business vertical from the ground up.

- Location: Delhi NCR | Extensive travel across project locations in India.

- Reporting to: CEO / President.
