Role Overview.
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of HR to lead the people function through the next phase of growth.
This role is ideal for someone who has successfully navigated the 1100 journey in startups and understands the complexities of building HR systems in IT services environments.
You will be responsible for shaping the companys culture, building employee competencies, and leading core HR functions including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, and Organizational Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Culture & Leadership:
- Act as a culture champion, embedding values and behaviors across the organization.
- Build leadership development programs and drive cultural alignment.
- Promote a high-performance, feedback-driven environment.
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the TA function to ensure timely and quality hiring across tech and business roles.
- Build scalable recruitment processes and employer branding strategies.
- Partner with business leaders to forecast and plan workforce needs.
HR Business Partnering:
- Guide HRBPs to support business units with strategic people solutions.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and career development.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people matters.
Organizational Development:
- Build competency frameworks and learning programs tailored to tech and functional teams.
- Implement performance management systems and succession planning.
- Align HR strategy with business goals and future growth.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Establish scalable HR policies and systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and global HR standards.
- Drive operational excellence across the HR function.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10 to 15 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to both IT services and startup environments.
- Proven track record in building and scaling HR functions from early stages.
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering.
- Deep understanding of organizational culture, leadership development, and competency building.
- Certifications in HR, OD, or Coaching (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, CIPD) are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a builder mindset.
