Job Title: General Manager - Business Development & Partnerships, NoBroker Luxury Consulting.

Role Overview:.
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who will be responsible for building high-value partnerships with firms handling High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Institutional Wealth Partners in the real estate and wealth management sectors.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in forging strategic alliances, driving business development, and generating high-quality leads for the sales team.
This role requires expertise in networking, institutional relationship management, and deal structuring to ensure a continuous pipeline of high-value customers who are looking for purchasing luxury property or investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:.
Strategic Alliances & Business Development.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with wealth management firms, private banks, family offices, AMCs, and institutional investment firms.
- Collaborate with Institutional Wealth Partners to offer exclusive real estate and investment opportunities to their clientele.
- Forge alliances with IPCs (JLL, Knight Frank, Colliers, CBRE, Savills, C&W) and PropTech firms.
- Work closely with institutional consultants to develop customized investment solutions.
Lead Generation & Sales Enablement.
- Develop a pipeline of high-value leads by leveraging alliances with wealth advisors investment managers, and institutional investors.
- Structure partnerships that drive qualified leads to the sales team and convert them into high-value transactions.
- Implement data-driven strategies to identify and acquire new business opportunities within the HNI and institutional investment ecosystem.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transition and conversion of leads into deals.
Networking & Brand Representation.
- Represent the company at luxury investment forums, wealth summits, and boutique networking events.
- Build a strong brand presence among HNIs, wealth managers, and institutional investors.
- Work with the marketing team to create partnership campaigns, and investor engagement strategies.
Relationship Management & Market Expansion.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with HNIs, Ultra-HNIs, and institutional wealth clients.
- Enhance client engagement by providing tailored investment solutions in real estate and wealth management.
- Secure repeat business and referrals by ensuring exceptional service and high-value investment offerings.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning.
- Conduct in-depth market research to track investment trends and identify emerging opportunities in the wealth and real estate sectors.
- Leverage insights to refine strategic initiatives and maximize profitability.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry shifts that impact institutional and HNI investment strategies.
Key Requirements:.
Experience & Industry Background.
- 10-15 years of experience in Wealth Management, Institutional Distribution, Private Banking, Real Estate Advisory, or a related field.
- Strong background in strategic alliances, business development, and institutional sales.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic alliances, driving business growth.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills with HNIs, wealth managers and institutional investors.
- Expertise in lead generation strategies and converting partnerships into sales opportunities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement data-driven strategies for business expansion.
