Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth flow of goods, from receiving and storage to picking, packing, and dispatch.

This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to optimize processes to meet business targets and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operations Management: Manage all day-to-day warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, and order fulfillment.

- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor the warehouse team to ensure a high level of performance, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Inventory Control: Implement and maintain robust inventory management systems to ensure accurate stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and prevent loss.

- Process Optimization: Continuously review and improve warehouse processes and layouts to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.

- Health and Safety: Enforce strict health and safety protocols to create a secure working environment and comply with all relevant regulations.

- Technology & Systems: Oversee the use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology to track inventory, manage orders, and generate reports.

- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including inventory accuracy, shipping times, and operational costs.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless supply chain and timely delivery of goods.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5-8 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role.
