Role Overview:

As an Associate Program Manager / Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency, standardize processes, drive automation, and ensure process governance across the organization. Working closely with Business, Operations, Product, Engineering, Finance, SCM, HR, Logistics, and Leadership teams on high-impact initiatives that shape how Metalbook scales. You will drive process transformation and lead cross-functional programs that create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Management:

- Lead cross-functional projects from planning to execution.

- Manage timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.

- Track project KPIs and ensure timely delivery with measurable business impact.

Business & Process Excellence:

- Identify process gaps and operational bottlenecks.

- Design, implement, and continuously improve SOPs and governance frameworks.

- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive corrective actions.

- Improve productivity, operational efficiency, and process compliance.

Business Process Automation:

- Identify automation opportunities across business functions.

- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to digitize and optimize workflows.

- Prepare BRDs, process flows, and functional requirements.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

- Define and monitor business KPIs and operational dashboards.

- Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

- Work with BI teams to automate reporting and generate actionable insights for leadership.

Key Projects/Programs:

- SOP Design & Process Standardization and Optimization

- Business Review & KPI Dashboards

- CRM/ERP Enhancement Initiatives

- Process Compliance & Audit Programs

- Operational Excellence Initiatives

Required Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to convert business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

- Strong ownership, execution focus, and attention to detail.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel

- PowerPoint / Google Slides

- Working knowledge of BI tools (Metabase is a plus)

- Preferred skills (BRDs, SOPs, Process Flows)

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Management, or related field.

- MBA preferred but not mandatory.

- 2 - 5 years in Program Management and Business/Process/Operations Excellence
