Role Description : We Are looking for a Technical Recruiter to be involved in our recruiting efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to work and execute a recruiting strategy for one of the biggest names in agile software and technology delivery. Sourcing & Building Talent Pools : - Perhaps you're a sourcing expert with the ability to identify exceptional engineering talent across a number of social media channels. You probably have amazing Boolean search skills, including talent mapping and competitor analysis. Or maybe you have a marketing mind with the creativity to design a compelling event to attract and build talent networks. You know how to leverage your existing network for referrals. You are comfortable building a flexible sourcing strategy for different requirements and your role at Metadome will be to nurture talent pools and build strong relationships with candidates to guide them through our hiring process. What will you do? - Be an ambassador for Metadome attract and hire the best talent in the industry - Drive recruitment strategy for the technical hiring - Independently drive hiring needs for our business units end to end and manage the entire lifecycle of recruitment - Develop and plan recruiting strategies around sourcing, branding, candidate experience and management - Be a talent advisor to the business and provide guidance to build great teams - Build proactive sourcing strategies to engage and nurture the pipeline of passive talents and take steps to approach people from diverse backgrounds - Manage and drive the entire life-cycle of recruitment - Initiate and drive projects from time to time to help optimise and make the recruitment process more efficient We are looking for: - Someone with preferably 2+ Years of experience in a talent acquisition role - Full lifecycle recruiter who is able to manage the end-end hiring process - Great rapport building and interviewing skills - Experience participating/driving recruitment-related projects in addition to hiring - Willingness to experiment and to try new tools & strategies to solve talent acquisition puzzles - Proven recruiting experience in technical roles in the software industry Bonus points if you have: Previous experience of diversity hiring in tech Core Requirements: - Prospect: Find candidates using tools like LinkedIn.
