Role Description: As an Inside Sales Representative for our enterprise SaaS solutions, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals. Your primary focus will be on selling our SaaS solutions to enterprise-level clients, understanding their unique needs, and demonstrating the value our products bring to their organizations. Responsibilities: - Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting via phone, email, social media, and other channels. - Qualify leads and conduct thorough needs analysis to understand prospects' business challenges and identify how our SaaS solutions can address them. - Conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to prospects' specific requirements, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our enterprise SaaS solutions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target accounts. - Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and revenue targets. - Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to continuously refine sales strategies and improve product knowledge. - Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, generate leads, and represent the company in a professional manner. - You will be the head of the spear in our land and expand growth strategy, responsible for prospecting, nurturing, and closing new accounts in the assigned territory - Accept, progress and enthusiastically close leads with accurate reporting - Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for closed/won business by creating value for in-house IT departments, deploying one of our many solutions - Develop Subject Matter Expertise in our solution stack and maintain in-depth knowledge of competitors and industry trends - Drive sales through a collaborative-team approach, leveraging our extensive resources (marketing tools, engineers, and product specialists) to win. Be comfortable selling through live video conferencing and demonstrations, nurturing with personalized video communication Requirements: - Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Proven track record of success in inside sales, preferably in selling enterprise-level SaaS solutions. - Strong understanding of sales methodologies and experience with consultative selling approaches. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate complex ideas. - Demonstrated ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations and present solutions to C-level executives and other key decision-makers. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed sales quotas. - Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects and opportunities simultaneously. - Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other sales productivity software. - Familiarity with the enterprise software/SaaS industry and understanding of the competitive landscape. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and work collaboratively within a team. - Should be flexible in working with US & Europe timings.
