Job Title : Business Development Representative (BDR) - Deco (Virtual Staging Platform)
Location : Bangalore (US shift: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST; hybrid)
About Deco:
Deco is a fast-growing virtual staging platform that helps realtors showcase listings beautifully in seconds. We're expanding aggressively in the North American market and are building a world-class inside sales team to fuel this growth.
Role Overview:
We are hiring 2 Business Development Representatives (BDRs) with 2-3 years of inside sales experience to drive demo bookings with US-based realtors. This is a high-volume outreach role focused on calling, qualifying, and scheduling. You'll be the first point of contact, creating the pipeline for our sales team to convert.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and build a pipeline of real estate agents and brokerages in North America.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to realtors to introduce Deco and generate interest.
- Pitch Deco's virtual staging solution and book meetings/demos. Refine pitches based on feedback and results.
- Use HubSpot/CRM to track outreach, manage pipeline, and report activity
- Follow up with prospects to ensure high engagement and conversion.
- Maintain lead data and activity tracking.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to leverage campaigns, email sequences, and social outreach
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of BDR experience with US clientele (preferably)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven track record in high-volume calling and meeting demo/meeting targets
- Ability to work US time zones (evening/night shifts IST).
- Self-starter with persistence, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs preferred
