Metadome.ai - Business Consultant

Role Description:

This is a full-time Strategy Consultant role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The Strategy Consultant will analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to shape Metadome.ai's growth strategy across automotive, heavy equipment, and adjacent industries.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting strategic and financial analyses, developing business cases, and recommending initiatives that align product, go-to-market, and operational priorities.

- Partnering with cross-functional teams - product, engineering, sales, and customer success - to translate insights into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

- Preparing clear executive-ready presentations, supporting leadership decision-making, and contributing to long-term strategic planning.

Qualifications:

- Strong analytical skills, including quantitative analysis, problem structuring, and data-driven decision-making.

- Experience in consulting or management consulting, ideally in technology, SaaS, or industrial/automotive domains.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Solid understanding of finance, including financial modeling, unit economics, and ROI analysis for strategic initiatives.

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without formal authority in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a must.

- Exposure to AI, 3D technology, or digital transformation projects is beneficial.

- Comfort with ambiguity, structured thinking, and a proactive approach to identifying new growth opportunities.
