Metadome.ai - Product Manager - Enterprise Agentic Systems

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision:

- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise agentic systems

- Identify high-impact use cases for AI agents across enterprise workflows (customer support, operations, analytics, etc.)

- Translate business requirements into scalable product features and capabilities

Agentic System Development:

- Lead development of multi-agent systems with autonomous decision-making capabilities

- Define frameworks for agent orchestration, memory, planning, and tool usage

- Work with engineering teams on integrating LLMs ( GPT-based systems), APIs, and enterprise tools

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Sales

- Work closely with enterprise clients to understand needs and customize solutions

- Drive alignment between technical and business teams

- Product Execution

- Own end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation - development - launch - scaling

- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

- Prioritize backlog based on impact, feasibility, and customer value

- Data & Performance Monitoring

- Define success metrics (KPIs) for agent performance, accuracy, and efficiency

- Analyze product usage and feedback to continuously improve system intelligence

- Ensure responsible AI practices including explainability, fairness, and compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Core Product Management

- 4-10 years of experience in Product Management (preferably in SaaS / Enterprise Tech)

- Strong experience in building and scaling B2B products

- Proven ability to manage complex technical products

- Technical Expertise

Good understanding of:

- AI/ML concepts and lifecycle

- Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering - APIs, microservices architecture

- Workflow automation platforms

- Familiarity with agentic frameworks (AutoGPT, LangChain, etc.) is a plus

- Analytical & Problem-Solving

- Strong data-driven decision-making skills

- Ability to break down complex systems into actionable product components
