This role will oversee a small team and focus on aligning HR initiatives with Metadome.ai's vision and business objectives. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping our people and culture strategies, driving talent acquisition, enhancing performance management systems, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities: People & Culture Strategy: - Develop and execute scalable HR strategies that align with Metadome.ai's business goals and growth plans. - Strengthen and evolve the company culture, mission, and values to foster an inclusive and innovative work environment. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: - Build and implement a future-ready hiring strategy to attract top talent for both business and technical roles. - Collaborate with leadership to recruit senior executives for key functions. - Enhance employer branding across platforms such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor to position Metadome.ai as an employer of choice. Ideal Candidate Profile: Must-Haves: - 12+ years of HR leadership experience in a fast-growing startup or tech-driven company. - Proven ability to scale teams from approximately 100 to 200+ employees. - Strong expertise in talent strategy, HR operations, and performance management. - Hands-on experience with policy formulation, ESOP planning, compensation structuring, and retention strategies. - Strategic mindset with the ability to balance high-level vision and execution. - Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with founders and senior leadership.
