About the Role:
- We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist who has hands-on expertise in creating email templates, managing cold email, drip campaigns and running outbound campaigns using Apollo.
- The ideal candidate should be an immediate joiner with strong attention to detail, excellent writing skills, and a deep understanding of outreaching practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, optimize, and manage email templates for outreach and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and maintain cold emails tailored for different industries.
- Monitor email campaigns using Apollo.io, ensuring lead conversion and engagement.
- Maintaining and sharing the conversion reports with stakeholders.
- Track campaign performance and share insights to improve.
- Ensure emails comply with global email sending guidelines (outlook and gmail).
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 years of experience in email marketing, cold outreach, or lead generation.
- Strong experience with Apollo.io (mandatory).
- Proven ability to design high-performing email templates and sequences.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
